Where do you offer mini golf renting services? 

We service the Northern Virginia Area to include Fairfax County, Arlington County, Alexandria City, Loudoun County, and Prince William County.

 

Can the mini golf course be used indoors or outdoors? 

Yes. Our mini golf courses can be set up indoors or outdoors.​

 

Does the rental price include setup and takedown? 

Yes. All rentals include full setup and takedown at no additional cost. 

 

Is a deposit required? 

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event and will be applied to your final invoice. 

 

How long is the standard rental period? 
Rentals include up to 4 hours of use unless otherwise arranged. 

 

Can I extend my rental time? 
Yes. Additional hours are available for $50–$150 per hour, depending on the course selected. 

 

Is all mini golf equipment included? 
Yes. Each rental includes putters, balls, scorecards, and pencils. 

 

Can I customize my mini golf rental? 
Yes. We offer customization options for golf balls, hole signs, and scorecards to match your event theme or branding. 

 

Is an attendant required? 
An attendant is required for events with 50+ guests or children.

 

Are there any additional fees? 
Additional labor fees may apply for difficult setups, such as long walkways (over 50 yards), stairs, or elevator access. 

 

What is your cancellation policy? 
Cancellations made 30 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable. Deposits are refundable in the event of inclement weather.
