Greenside Mini Golf Company delivers a fully mobile mini golf experience—designed to fit any event, anywhere.

Founded by a husband-and-wife team with a shared love for golf, the concept began with their own wedding. They wanted something interactive, memorable, and effortlessly fun. When they couldn’t find it, they created it.

Today, that same experience is brought to weddings, parties, and events of all kinds. From course rentals to custom-branded setups, Greenside Mini Golf Company makes it easy to create memorable moments through simple, social, and genuinely fun experiences.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We service the Northern Virginia Area to include Fairfax County, Arlington County, Alexandria City, Loudoun County, and Prince William County.

  • Yes. Our mini golf courses can be set up indoors or outdoors.

  • Yes. All rentals include full setup and takedown at no additional cost. 

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event and will be applied to your final invoice. 

  • Rentals include up to 4-6 hours of use unless otherwise arranged. 

  • Yes. Additional hours are available for $150 per hour.

  • Yes. Each rental includes putters, balls, scorecards, and pencils. 

  • Yes. We offer customization options for golf balls, hole signs, and scorecards to match your event theme or branding.

  • A course attendant is required for events with 50+ guests or children. The attendant fee is $25 per hour.

  • Yes, in some cases additional fees may apply. Extra labor or mileage charges may be assessed for difficult setup conditions, including long walkways (over 50 yards), stairs, elevator access, uneven or unstable surfaces (such as grass, gravel, sand, or slopes), or events located outside our standard service area. Any applicable fees will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable.

  • If inclement weather such as heavy rain, high winds, extreme heat, or lightning occurs, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. This may include adjusting the setup, delaying play, relocating indoors if possible, or rescheduling. In the event of rescheduling, your deposit may be applied toward a new date, ensuring your event can still go off without a hitch.
